Our Management

The School was powered & promoted by Shri MTB Nagaraj, Founder – Chairman of MTB Group. He has been steering the Group through turbulent years and made MTB Brand Image a strong force to reckon with, amidst stiff cut-throat competition from well established competitors, in this field.

Quality is the key “manthra” of the Group.  Now with over 40 years of rich experience in the fields of Productivity, Management, Infrastructure and Finance,  Shri. MTB Nagaraj is instrumental in developing all his Group Companies into a big Conglomerate. His tireless and undaunted efforts coupled with his business acumen made possible for the Group to strike a meaningful alliance with various Global Corporate Giants.

MTB Group has gone through a phenomenal growth,  during the past 4 decades, which is very much evident from its proven & well established “Brand Image”. Shri. MTB Nagaraj is a source of inspiration to the entire dedicated work-force of the Group. Under his able leadership, the Group has successfully grown, by leaps & bounds. His efforts earned MTB Group, a premier position in the Market. 

With these success records, Shri. MTB Nagaraj ventured into Educational Sector in 2010.  “Education to children from varied backgrounds & economic strata” – has been his dream & ideology all along and in the last 8 years of operations he proved that that QUALITY EDUCATION can be presented even with MODERATE FEE STRUCTURE. The School is run under the aegis of MTB Anantha Unnathi Educational Trust.

Our School has made headway progress under the dynamic leadership of Shri MTB Nagaraj. He is dedicated to transforming education, covering both the privileged & the under privileged sections of the society. He believes in doing right thing at right time, for right reason(s). It was his quest for knowledge & learning that enabled him to pick the best minds, ideas & thoughts to broaden his horizon.

His success has been attributed by his high level of administrative capacity coupled with flair and ability for decision making, computational, organizational, communication and delegation skills, perfectly blended with human approach. It is those rare traits and indomitable spirit which could see the MTB Group scaling to new heights, occupying an enviable position in the industry. His entrepreneurial competence and an aggression in work place make all the difference in accomplishing the Mission of the School.

Shri Neetish Purushottama N, Secretary of the School is a Post Graduate in Management, from an institute of very high repute.  He is an ardent educationist who believed in child-centric & value based quality learning has nurtured and propagated the visions envisaged by his father Shri MTB Nagaraj.

He always aims to keep abreast of the latest developments in technologies and tries to implement the same. He is a man of action and his significant contribution is responsible for translating the institution’s objectives in to specific academic goals. With a desire to excel, he gives top priority to quality and he continues to assume increasingly important role in the steady growth of the Group. With a desire to excel, he gives top priority to quality of the products and services of the company. He carries out the responsibilities with conviction and manages the entire financial operations of the Company on day-to-day basis. He has been building up various teams in different disciplines to meet the ever growing challenges of tomorrow. His dynamism, vision, mission and foresightedness are solely responsible for bringing up the institution, to such a magnitude. He has been nurturing ambitious plans to develop the School further, in the years to come.

The ethos within the school and its perspective towards its pupils have a significant impact on a child’s experience and enrichment of the common mind. Our School can be characterized as a learning society dedicated to the noble cause of education. Education wasn’t, isn’t and will never be about the acquisition of marks, but it is pivotal to be able to reproduce knowledge by leading as an example. We offer equal opportunities to all so that they rise to their fullest potential. In keeping with this motto, the school offers all the students an opportunity to participate in each & every activity of the School. This, we believe, will promote an element of confidence, maturity and courage in students. Every child is gifted. We aim to tap their latent potential, to develop it to its fullest, thus preparing them for life. Besides academics, there is emphasis on sports, Quiz and other activities like self-defence, art, music, dance, public speaking etc. All these activities are compulsory for all the students and are a part of the curriculum.

There is no Magic Formula for becoming a genius or scoring high grades but the formation of correct study habits will go a long way to guarantee success. Learning does not just happen as a result of reading or listening; it is the attitude and mental process which promotes learning. Learning is not a passive process of absorbing knowledge; but it is an active process of our minds reaching out to seize information and convert them into meaningful ideas. Only when each child feels special about themselves, as a learner, success in different forms is achievable. Teachers are tools in this process, while parents, being constant guides. The journey will be different for each child. Forming successful parent-student-teacher triangles will go a long way in successfully launching the child into a life that will ultimately be of their own creation.

I am delighted to be the new Principal of MTBJJV and happy to state that our school values the importance of trust, respect, innovation and a sense of community. The school has high-quality professionally trained teachers including several “Gold Medallists” and Toppers. The curriculum will continue to be regularly reviewed, as per CBSE norms. In addition, there is a professionally organized co-curricular & extra-curricular programs, conducted throughout the year and this will allow our students and teachers to fully make use of the very best of modern learning opportunities. 

At MTBJJV, the educational community strives for excellence by preparing students for learning beyond their school years and helping them to be self-directed, realistic, and responsible decision makers while solving problems that they might encounter in our multicultural, ever-changing world. Co-Curricular & Extra Curricular Activities

Our School lays emphasis on academics as well as sports, co-curricular & extra-curricular activities in equal measure. Opportunities for varied curricular & co-curricular activities are provided to give expression to students’ creative talents and develop a well balanced personality. Competitions are organized in various levels, periodically. We aim at developing the child into a total person by bringing out the best in him/her, through these activities.

The life of the students is enriched through an exciting range of creative programmes. Since its inception, the school has striven to make its students aware of the importance of being a responsible eco-citizen. To promote & sustain our country’s rich cultural heritage and folk art, the school assists in conducting music classes – Vocal & Instruments / Yoga classes / Karate classes (for self-defence) & Dance classes. It has been our perpetual endeavour to inculcate the traditional values in our students and encourage them to love & appreciate our rich & colourful heritage. The students are educated to develop a deep sense of awareness & responsibility towards the community through various programs and periodical interaction.

Our School strives to develop multi-faceted professionals in diverse fields, through absorption of emerging technologies, to understand the rapidly changing needs of the complex global environment and to prepare their mindset to be confident, creative and proactive. It also lays equal emphasis on proficiency of the learners in the acquisition of essential life skills, attitudes & values, interest and achievement in out-door co-curricular activities.

Cultural activities and games are an essential part of the curriculum. Inter-House, Intra-School & Inter-School cultural activities such as debates, Quiz Clubs, Drama, declamation, recitation, elocution, painting exhibitions & team games largely promote friendship and healthy competition. In addition to the curriculum, the school encourages self-reliance, love for the outdoors – Educational trips, a spirit of adventure, growth of intellectual curiosity & community service through various after-school programmes.

We constantly encourage students to reduce, re-use, re-cycle materials made from natural resources. It is a time to take responsibility for protecting and preserving our environment, as we become increasingly aware of the interdependence of all forms of life on earth. It is a time to return to balance the whole universe that has gone off its spiritual axis. It is a time to realize & re-affirm our connectedness to the cosmos. Our students have proved their mettle, in these fields, as well.

We, in the quiz club, do not want the children to be limited in their knowledge. We want them to be aware of what is happening in India and all over the world. They have to be aware of the current issues, about people in the lime-lights & about environmental concerns, so that their future can be safe & secure. The children are divided into groups and quiz competitions are regularly conducted in school, prizes are given to the children to encourage them. Children are encouraged to actively participate in the inter-school quizzes. Ample opportunities are provided to bring out the latent talents of the students, English Club, Science Club, Sports Day, Annual Day, Independence Day, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day celebrations and other festivals such as  Onam, Sri Krishna Janmashtami, Christmas etc. are venues which ensure the exposition and growth of the talents of the students. The school almanac is planned in such a way that it enhances the academic aptitude of the students. A lot of quizzes, project exhibitions along with vigorous participation in various brain-storming quizzes, indulge the students in the activity of learning, with fun.
