We fervently believe that the role of the educator is to be sensitive to the needs of different developmental stages, arranging environments to facilitate learning experiences to ensure the child is empowered to achieve their own insights and learning and to contribute effectively to society. In line with the famous quote of Mahatma Gandhi, “ Literacy education is of no value, if it is not able to build up a sound character ”, our School assures that our students would get the best of education they are worthy of and our Administration is totally committed to this Mission and work together with students and parents to obtain exceptional results in the academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular areas.
The role of teachers, today, hurdle over challenges of tomorrow. Marching ahead, in such controversies, demands value oriented education. Our teachers not only aim to pursue academic excellence, but also motivate and empower the students to be critical thinkers, productive citizens & life-long winners, of this dynamic global society. Besides, our faculty is determined to nurture and radiate genuine human and spiritual values that enable the learners to channelize their potential in the pursuit of holistic excellence. The students are taught to expand their comfort zones so that they do not remain inert and self-centred but get to expose to the world and embellish their personality through gaining knowledge and ideas so that while they go out of portals of MTBJJV, it would be easier for them to get very well placed in the society.
We at MTBJJV have 61 highly qualified, trained, committed and professional teaching staff, who ensure uniformity in teaching patterns. They constantly motivate and guide the pupils and draw out the best in them.
All the achievements made by School, in a short time, has been possible mainly because of the good team of spirited, dedicated & well qualified teaching staff. Indeed, they are responsible, for writing the script of the success story of MTBJJV. The active role our teachers are playing has made the students to be inquisitive and more interactive. Our teaching technology boasts of a strong curriculum to prepare the students for the challenges beyond the classroom.
We, at MTBJJV, encourage the students to inculcate the qualities of perseverance and intellectual curiosity, in pursuit of knowledge and education that will help them to stand on their own feet. We would travel that extra mile to set their goals, to climb higher levels, in their career graph. We will do everything to exceed the expectations and to reckon with & to build tremendous acceptance & reputation, in the years to come, being an educational institution par excellence.
It is our constant effort to delve deeper into the true purpose of education by giving our students opportunities and an environment that is positive, inspiring, challenging and stimulating. The teacher student ratio is 1:15, to ensure personal touch and individual interaction between the teachers and the taught, and due emphasis on practical and hands on learning, provide an ideal atmosphere for the students to excel at academics.
